We begin with an on-site consultation in which we discuss your needs and possibilities so we can determine the best design-build solution for your project. During this visit we will perform an initial evaluation of your home, examining the space you’d like to remodel/renovate, and take measurements for that space layout. Before the end of our meeting we will discuss a budget range to see if we are a good fit for your project.
We draft a preliminary “As Built”, 2D, and 3D construction drawings of your proposed project using our in-house design program Chief Architect. We’ll then review this with you, providing the opportunity to suggest changes, revisions, and exchange ideas.
Upon your approval, we’ll carry out site visits with contractors and gather quotes from vendors and suppliers in order to formulate a final proposal. We will present you with a final breakdown cost for your complete project and discuss any changes needed at this point.
Upon your approval, we’ll create the final construction drawings and submit for permits. We will provide a project calendar schedule, your selection of finish fixtures, progress pictures during the project, project emails, selection choices, and budget changes. All this is privately viewed only by you online 24/7 in real time throughout the duration of the project at Build It Right’s website “Client Portal Access”. We then commence your construction project and work with you from the beginning to the end and always staying in contact.
