Kitchen Remodel Project Overview:
This Oconomowoc kitchen remodel project brought a fresh, modern update to the space, featuring elegant Countryside Cabinetry in the Kenwood standard overlay door style, paired with sophisticated Quartz Viatera Minuet countertops. To enhance energy efficiency and comfort, we meticulously spray-foamed the ceiling between the rafters, optimizing the R-value and ensuring a perfect blend of style and sustainability.
Challenges and Solutions:
- The layout presented a unique challenge, particularly in ensuring the stability of the ¾ wall that divided the space. To address this, we strategically installed a 4×4 post through the floor into the framing system, providing necessary support on the open end and ensuring both safety and structural integrity in the design.
