This basement remodel in Brookfield transformed an underutilized space into approximately 900 sq. ft. of vibrant, finished living area over the course of 2 ½ months. The project introduced a spacious bedroom complete with egress, a stylish dry bar, and an entertainment area, thoughtfully designed to cater to the needs of a young and expanding family.
Basement Remodeling Challenges and Solutions:
- Before proceeding with the drywall installation for the ceiling, our team encountered a few issues that were left by the previous house framer. We promptly identified and rectified the problems to ensure seamless execution of the project.
